Singer, songwriter, Brock Wagoner will perform Friday, November 16th at the Community Banquet.  Born and raised in Colby, Kansas, Brock will share his pop, country, and acoustic rock talent.  Friday banquet includes a cash bar, buffet dinner, and live and silent auctions.  Proceeds benefit the Northwest Kansas Conservation Foundation.
